(1) The Labor Office may from time to time depute an employee to inspect establishments employing children.
(2) The manager shall allow the employees assigned in accordance with sub-section (1) to enter the establishment at any time and carry out necessary inspections. In this way, the manager should provide what the staff assigned to inspect wants to see and understand.
